Here at Samudra Yoga (Sanskrit meaning ‘Ocean Yoga’) we have created a beautiful home for yoga. A space, built with love – to inspire, transform, move, find stillness, live, and to breathe.
We offer a rich array of yoga styles, suitable for every ability. We are here to help you find calm and quiet as well as strength and flexibility.
Whether you’re here to learn or to feel inspired and challenged, whatever your level of experience, head to our dynamic Vinyassa or Hatha Flow classes. If you’d like to sweat, our Rocket and Ashtanga classes are the ones you want. If you want to stretch, relax and feel nurtured, then Candlelit Yin is for you. For relaxing, calming and grounding, try the Meditation and Pranayama class.
If you’re looking to slow things down, we offer a Gentle yoga class. This will help with circulation, blood pressure, increase strength and flexibility as well as keeping the mind alert and awake.
For stretching, gaining core strength, correct alignment and posture, then Pilates is a great class to help you achieve this.
If you’re a mum or a mum-to-be take a look at our 'Birth and Beyond' section. You can pop along to our Birthlight Pregnancy or Postnatal yoga to find some calm, strength, empowerment and support through all the stages of pregnancy to birth and continuing to postpartum. Pregnancy yoga is an excellent way to get your mind and body ready and prepared for birth. Whilst post-natal yoga offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space to help re-tone and reconnect with your body and find some inner calm.
For babies we offer Birthlight Baby yoga class and Baby Massage class. This is a great way to help stimulate babies brain and physical development, as well as encouraging bonding with baby.
